Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and execute full product lifecycle of electro-mechanical systems, supporting lifecycle initiatives, and long‑term business continuity objectives
  • Own end‑to‑end project management, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, governance, dependency management, risk & issue management, and successful delivery
  • Drive lifecycle sustainability and risk‑mitigation initiatives to ensure continuity of supply, product availability, and device compliance
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as required.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
  • Build and manage effective stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Pro-active and taking initiative with enterprise mindset
  • Develop and maintain project structures, including WBS, RACI, milestones, effort estimation, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and technical teams to establish technical requirements, feasibility assessments, and risk evaluations for projects and initiatives.
  • Manage scope changes, priorities, and trade‑offs, ensuring alignment with agreed business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Promote continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, lessons learned, and advancements in project and program management tools and methodologies.

Desirable:


  • Understanding of system assembly, prototyping, and testing
  • Able to guide team for test planning, execution, and validation activities
  • Understanding of PCB, hardware, electro-mechanical drawing and BOM updates in collaboration with operations and manufacturing partners.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations as and when necessary


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical)
  • 8+ years of experience in a high tech or regulated industry, with strong exposure to project management
  • Analytical Thinking: Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Preferably from a medical or regulated industry environment
