Role Summary :
This is a hands-on role for a Senior Lead developer for developing IT solutions for AML and screening applications in State Street. The job entails implementing vendor products in State Street, building interfaces between financial applications/tools of State Street and the vendor products for KYC onboarding. Person will perform development and implementation of IT solutions using these technologies: AWS Cloud platform and services, Databricks, No-Sql Databases, Oracle, Linux, .Net, and ElasticSearch, and. Occasionally Person will also be expected to perform L4 production support and deployments in after business hours including evenings and weekends. Person will be expected to attend daily stand up meetings up to Noon ET/USA. Person will be required to attend meeting with vendor to resolve product issues and evaluate new modules of the product. Person will begin working on Cloud based Data Technolgies, Data migrations, APIs consumed in the application but will gradually expand role to work in all integrated tools/functionalities under KYC using AWS capabilities
Core/Must Have skills
have skills Understanding of AWS SAAS model and services. Experience in migrating data from Amazon DynamoDB to ETL platform/DataBricks, Experience in Oracle and Performance tuning Strong database design and coding skills are required Proven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are required. Job entails working with senior people in user community and other IT shared service groups in State Street so strong communication skills is a must
Good to Have skills
have skills Experience in Databricks, web technologies (.net preferred) and AWS Lambda services is a plus. Experience in ElasticSearch is a plus, Experience in BRE (Business Rules Engine) technologies is a plus.
Good knowledge on AWS Event Store , AWS S3, AWS ONEAPI Gateway is a plus
