Job Description

What success looks like in this role:


  • Must possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, MS Teams Meeting Rooms, LYNC and Skype for Business Server and Exchange Unified Messaging (UM).
    •    May have worked on various Meeting Room Devices such as Poly, Lenovo, Crestron, Surface Hub etc.
    •    May have knowledge of any contact center solutions such as Anywhere 365, Luware etc.
    •    Good understanding of Teams Admin Center and various tools within the same.
    •    Should be Strong in Networking concepts and knowledge of VoIP with Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, SIP, VLANs, and WAN protocols and technologies.
    •    Must have prior experience providing technical support to Enterprise Customers.
    •    In-depth Knowledge of Media gateways & Session Border Controllers.
    •    Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
    •    Outstanding attention to detail and capacity to demonstrate continual learning.
    •    Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    •    Excellent deductive and inductive reasoning skills.
    •    Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills.
    •    Ability to work both individually and with teams.

You will be successful in this role if you have:


•    3+ years of working with Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, SBCs, MTRs
•    3 years of Microsoft and Networking Technical Experience
•    Advance level understanding of MS Teams and/or other UC related technologies. 
•    Proven ability to work on large-scale global deployments in multiple locations.
•    Strong understanding of networks and related WAN/LAN technologies
•    Microsoft Certifications in the Microsoft technologies required for this position.
