For 40 years, Cryolor, a subsidiary of the Air Liquide Group, has been designing, manufacturing and marketing equipment for transporting and storing liquefied gasses at low temperatures. These materials and their associated services relate to air gasses, carbon dioxide, and nitrous oxide. Cryolor is a 100% subsidiary of the Air Liquide group. Cryolor Asia Pacific (CAP) was founded in 2009 and is a 100% subsidiary of Cryolor France.
The average combined turnover of CRYOLOR and CAP is respectively 30 M€ and 20 M€ with a workforce of 200 permanent staff in Metz and 100 permanent staff in India (and 50 non-permanent staff).
CRYOLOR is part of the Global Markets & Technology Worldwide Business Unit (GM&T WBU), whose objective is to develop innovative, competitive and user-centric products and services.
CAP is currently ramping up its production after completing an extension project to double its production capacity.

Mission Summary:


After completion of its extension, CAP is currently in a ramp up stage of its production capacity. In order to fulfill the strategy & deployment of the “CAP Ramp-up 2024-2025” project, as a member of the Operations Team, you will be in charge of implementing proper planning and operations follow up with the help of a new planning software.


Your mission will encompass:


  • Implement & Deploy a  Planning and a Scheduling module, which will permit to 


    • Anticipate our future workload . Adapt our organization with simulations and asses our performance at all times.


    • Anticipate proper reaction to deal with unforeseen events


    • Apply simple scheduling rules automatically and adjust our plan manually


    • Communicate effectively with production, logistics and the field,


    • Follow the progress of the plan in real time.


  • Measure and analyze the actual performance of the operations team in terms of planning, lead time and efficiency of the process


  • Implement automatic report of the man hours and production achievements, KPI dashboards…


  • Inventory Management triggering system across supply chain.


  • Link the new software with existing ERP and prepare for the new ERP


  • work with a cross functional team and  bring ownership to them.

Candidate Profile:


Education: 


  • Young graduates with a Master Degree in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain


Soft and Hard Skills:


  • Good communication skills


  • Lean manufacturing


  • Integrity


  • Unafraid to think outside the box


  • Intuitive yet also analytical


  • Knowledge on ERP system is a plus


Languages:


  • English fluency ismust have
