Mission Summary:
After completion of its extension, CAP is currently in a ramp up stage of its production capacity. In order to fulfill the strategy & deployment of the “CAP Ramp-up 2024-2025” project, as a member of the Operations Team, you will be in charge of implementing proper planning and operations follow up with the help of a new planning software.
Your mission will encompass:
Implement & Deploy a Planning and a Scheduling module, which will permit to
Anticipate our future workload . Adapt our organization with simulations and asses our performance at all times.
Anticipate proper reaction to deal with unforeseen events
Apply simple scheduling rules automatically and adjust our plan manually
Communicate effectively with production, logistics and the field,
Follow the progress of the plan in real time.
Measure and analyze the actual performance of the operations team in terms of planning, lead time and efficiency of the process
Implement automatic report of the man hours and production achievements, KPI dashboards…
Inventory Management triggering system across supply chain.
Link the new software with existing ERP and prepare for the new ERP
work with a cross functional team and bring ownership to them.

Candidate Profile:
Education:
Young graduates with a Master Degree in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain
Soft and Hard Skills:
Good communication skills
Lean manufacturing
Integrity
Unafraid to think outside the box
Intuitive yet also analytical
Knowledge on ERP system is a plus
Languages:
English fluency ismust have
