We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Corporate IT and Operations to lead our global technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust 20-year track record managing technology organizations within strategic consulting, high-tech, and product firms. The candidate will be responsible for driving value through strategic initiatives focusing on people, processes, and technology, with a strong emphasis on accelerating business growth through digital transformation and process excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead and direct the overall IT strategy, focusing on global technology operations, infrastructure, engineering, and service management, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.


Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that drive business efficiency, innovation, and growth, maintaining a strong focus on product platform capabilities on both public and private cloud solutions.


Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging IT resources to enhance business processes, client services, and security measures.


Manage and optimize Cyber Security Transformation work streams across on-premises, endpoints, and cloud platforms, ensuring software asset compliance and risk mitigation.


Lead teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.


Drive IT operations with a focus on end-user services, data center consolidations, and cloud migrations, especially on platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.•   Develop and oversee the IT budget, including operational and capital investments, ensuring they align with strategic priorities and are managed cost-effectively.
Participate in the Leadership Team meetings to align technology objectives with departmental & organizational goals.  


Qualifications:


Proven track record of at least 15 years in progressively responsible IT leadership roles within consulting, high-tech, and product firms.


Strong expertise in driving digital transformation, infrastructure services, application development and support, data warehousing, and cloud migrations.


Experience in managing and leading global teams and cross-functional initiatives, emphasizing process excellence and technology-driven business growth.


In-depth knowledge of Cyber Security, Software Asset Compliance, and Risk Management.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree and industry certifications are highly desirable.
