The Employee Digital & Service Delivery Team is seeking a highly effective and innovative Product owner to be a part of Global Payroll Product team . The Product owner will play a key role in the continued innovation and sustainment of the ADP Global View and Oracle HCM cloud application, related suite of applications and business processes. The role will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform, processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees, managers, and HR professionals firmwide.
The Product Owner will play a key role in the continued innovation in the ADP Global View – Payroll cloud application, related suite of applications and business processes which includes understanding end to end business processes which constitutes inputs to pay and Oracle HCM-ADP payroll interface.
You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders to execute and implement the ongoing technology strategy that will enable the Global HR organization.
