The Pay & Time Product comprises of the firmwide experience and delivery of employee pay and time & absence tracking. The role will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform, processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees, managers, and HR professionals firmwide.

The Employee Digital & Service Delivery Team is seeking a highly effective and innovative Product owner to be a part of Global Payroll Product team .  The Product owner will play a key role in the continued innovation and sustainment of the ADP Global View and Oracle HCM cloud application,  related suite of applications and business processes. The role will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform, processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees, managers, and HR professionals firmwide. 


The Product Owner will play a key role in the continued innovation in the ADP Global View – Payroll cloud application, related suite of applications and business processes which includes understanding end to end business processes which constitutes inputs to pay and Oracle HCM-ADP payroll interface.


You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders to execute and implement the ongoing technology strategy that will enable the Global HR organization.

This program continues to lead the transformation of the employee and manager experience, advancement of analytics insights, simplification of processes and technology infrastructure. The role will be responsible for the continued optimization and sustainment of the ADP GV solution, help different country teams , continuous value addition, ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of the platform and the end-to-end experience for our 260K+ employees globally.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Day-to-day representative for International Pay Product Team; owns the end-to-end experience for stakeholders and by partnering to understand the needs and practices of all groups who interact with the aligned product
  • Responsible to collect business requirements and translate them into Product backlog
  • Responsible to provide value addition on different functionalities of ADP GV platform from payroll perspective
  • Must be able to craft user stories for technology teams with a reference to Oracle HCM functionalities like payroll elements, integrations, reporting or compensation modules
  • Responsible to prioritize the product backlog; Partners with the different teams to impact analysis for future investments and current items and drive towards success
  • Accountable for the product’s experience including operations, technology, and data – knows expectations and areas of opportunity by key persona

Required Skills and Capabilities: 


  • 9+ years of experience of payroll or product owner in a sizeable global organization
  • Experience and Ability to maintain a product backlog, and write user stories and epics to capture business requirements
  • End-to-end payroll understanding and ADP GV knowledge in Payroll modules
  • Atleast 2 End to end payroll implementation experiences 
  • Ability to write test scenarios, test cases and partner with business users to execute/conclude testing.
  • Ability to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data, process, and digital assets
  • Proven track record of delivery; ability to drive concepts to execution
