We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Solution Lead and Architect to join our growing CX Engineering practice. You will play a pivotal role in driving presales activities and leading solution development for our clients. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and customer-centric approach to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences across web, mobile, portals, and integration services.



Job Description
  • Presales:
    • Qualify leads, understand client needs and challenges, and conduct product demonstrations.
    • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Solution Development:
    • Lead the design and development of proof-of-concept (POC) applications showcasing the capabilities of our solutions.
    • Work closely with engineers and designers to create technically sound and user-friendly solutions.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of various CX Engineering technologies including
      • Primary: Frond end technologies such as ReactJS, AngularJS, Backend Technologies such as Node.js, PostgreSQL and extensive experience with .Net i.e. Asp.Net MVC, C#, Core Framework
      • Secondary: Experience working on CMS Platforms such as Adobe AEM, and Sitecore.
    • Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Dellboomi and Apigee
    • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies within the CX space.
    • Provide technical architecture and design solutions to CX engineering problems.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, engineering, design) and external stakeholders (clients, partners).
    • Foster a strong customer-centric culture within the team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in presales and/or solution development within the CX domain.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong hands-on experience with web, mobile, portal, and integration technologies including ReactJS, AngularJS, .Net Architecture, Adobe AEM, and Sitecore.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
