Job description

Join our Team

About this opportunity:

Join Ericsson's Managed Services Delivery Platform (MSDP) team and be part of a high-impact Solution Development group at the heart of how we manage customer networks globally. The Workforce Management (WFM) system is a critical component of our MSDP portfolio, enabling efficient work order distribution, field force scheduling, and end-to-end network operations across multi-customer and multi-country environments. As a WFM Solution Architect, you will own the technical delivery of product solutions, driving continuous improvement across the full lifecycle of the WFM platform.

What you will do:

Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery on the WFM platform — from requirement gathering through to testing, release, and go-live support.
Act as Technical Lead for business requirement implementation, including preparation of solution descriptions, estimation, and gap analysis.
Serve as the key interface between customers, pre-sales leads, release managers, scrum masters, and delivery managers.
Facilitate security standards and drive risk management procedures within the program.
Develop and maintain solution documentation for implementers, customers, operations, and support teams.
Provide on-site customer support during testing and go-live phases to ensure successful deployment.
Contribute to capacity planning, performance enhancement, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
Deliver technical training to both customer technical staff and internal teams.

The skills you bring:

Hands-on experience with Workforce Management tools, specifically the IFS suite (FSM & PSO), including administration, business rules configuration, and customer adaptations.
Strong development expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#), XML, XSL, Web Services, and IIS.
Proficiency in AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Oracle databases.
Experience with SDLC and technical leadership across design, coding, testing, and integration phases, including Java/PLSQL/.NET code reviews.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible for CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of cloud-based architectures and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies.
Knowledge of telecom operations frameworks such as eTOM and ITIL.
Excellent problem-solving, consultative, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in agile, matrixed, and international environments.
