About the team:
The Corporate Systems team at FIS is a dedicated group of professionals responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. They are involved in various meetings and events, such as VITS 2023 and Tech Talks, and discussions about topics like AI, Agile, and Microsoft 365.
What you will be doing
• Knowledge of technical writing principles and practices
o Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
o Microsoft Office including Excel, and Visio.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends to support 24x7 environment
• Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
• Must have the ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees, vendors, and clients
• Must have the flexibility to adapt to new technologies and perform all other work as required
• Min 10-12 Years industry experience with Min 7 yrs of hands-on experience on Windows server administration along with VMware vSphere configuration and management
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience as required for the specific job level.
What you bring
• Strong Windows Server 2012,2016,2019 and 2022 Operating Systems Experience:
• Knowledge and experience of Windows operating systems and related utilities and hardware
• Troubleshooting Windows Server issues by providing detailed written root cause analysis and action plans for permanent resolution.
o Must have the ability to analyze server crash dumps to determine root cause analysis.
o Must be able to effectively analyze and solve problems.
o Must be able to monitor usage and performance.
o Must be able to troubleshoot server, software and hardware issues.
• Must have extensive knowledge of SAN storage and be able to present storage to Windows OS
o Experience in Large enterprise windows infrastructures 1000+ servers.
o Knowledge of Microsoft clustering
