- Description: We are seeking a dynamic bilingual (Arabic/English) CEO/COO to lead a startup dairy company. If you're a visionary with a passion for the dairy industry, join us in building and leading our operations.
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall strategic vision and business plan for the company.
- Drive growth initiatives, market expansion, and diversification strategies.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Establish and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all aspects of the dairy production cycle.
- Implement industry best practices and quality control measures.
3. Team Building and Leadership:
- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous improvement and employee development.
4. Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
5. Market Development:
- Lead market research efforts to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to drive brand awareness and market share.
6. Bilingual Communication:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the dairy industry or related field.

- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
