Job Description
Responsible for supervising Corrugator Department activities and operations to reach monthly targets, finding innovative solutions to reduce costs and maintaining high quality standards while adhering to set timetables.Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare Corrugator Department’s daily and weekly reports and history including consumption reports, tonnage reports, and total performance.
• Ensure Corrugator lineup from the EFI System to ensure that the correct sequence is in place.
• Ensure paper roll storage condition & arrangements
• Assist in monitoring the Boiler’s Diesel and Starch consumption on a regular basis
• Assist in preparing a weekly maintenance schedule in coordination with the Maintenance Division to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Work towards meeting the monthly targets of all Corrugator activities including Boiler/Starch.
• Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
• Follow Production Schedules in line with Client deadlines and machines capacities as per the plans set by the Sales and Planning Departments and the Corrugator Manager.
• Assist the Corrugator Manager in assessing production resource requirements and coordinate with the Purchasing & Stores Department accordingly.
• Supervise the production processes and ensuring that all quality control standards are being met
• Perform and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Requirements• High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of (5 – 7) years of experience in the same or related field .
• Good Command in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
