Oversee essential operational functions such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance reporting. Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's business objectives. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the company's business objectives and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct regular salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. Manage the HR budget and resources efficiently. Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records. Manage and ehance HR technologies and platforms

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
