The Legal Coordinator is responsible for the following, but not limited to


  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Organize, maintain, and update legal files, contracts, and other documentation to ensure easy access and compliance with the company’s policies.
  • Serve as the focal point of contact for internal departments, external law firms, and governmental entities.
  • Communicate updates and requests efficiently to the management.
  • Help ensure that the company complies with internal policies and external regulations. Prepare reports and documentation required for compliance purposes.
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing forms , scanning, and organizing legal documents.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in contract management processes, including tracking contract lifecycles, renewals, and terminations.
  • Conduct legal research as directed and help in preparing presentations and reports on legal matters impacting the company.
  • Assist with the management of the legal department’s budget, including processing invoices and tracking expenditures.
  • Follow up and coordinate work permits and visas for expats

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role, working in privet sector companies
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid Bar Association membership , license (ج ) is preferred.
