Job Description
Responsible for monitoring, organizing, and supervising mechanical, electrical and equipment’s maintenance of the factory and plants operations, performing a variety of technical tasks relative to mechanical and electrical maintenance and attending all kinds of emergency and shutdown works.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for operational maintenance.
• Inspect operations at the plants and factories to ensure proper repair, mechanical and electrical equipment’s services improvement, and preventive maintenance are in compliance with the requirements of the company policies and standards.
• Monitor and analyze each machine’s utilization, enforce safety practices on machines operations, and make sure that employees undergo machines safety training.
• Supervise all critical mechanical and electrical equipment, create and implement preventative maintenance strategies as well as equipment life cycle replacement plans.
• Provide counsel, coaching and leadership and/ or analyze, fix, repair, and restore electrical and mechanical equipment/ systems to full operation and recommend revisions/ replacements/ upgrades when necessary for effectiveness or in cases of obsolescence.
• Supervise, review and evaluate the work of staff performing electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair work.
• Work may require: o Performing physical activities (for example: moving machines). o Working in high temperatures. o Working in shifts (OnCall 24hrs).
• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field .
• Minimum of (5 – 7) years of experience in the same or related field .
