Job Posting Guidelines and Rules

The following rules govern the posting of jobs on Bayt.com and the conduct of those who are registered users of our site.

In addition to agreeing to Bayt.com's Terms and Conditions for Employers, every Employer agrees to these rules and conditions before posting a job on Bayt.com.

Postings found to be in violation of any of these guidelines may be removed or suspended without warning and the poster will be notified.

Interpretation of the rules is at the sole discretion of Bayt.com. These rules may be changed at any time.

Posting on Bayt.com is a service and Bayt.com reserves the right to suspend that service on an individual basis in case of suspected fraud or for violation of our guidelines or terms and conditions.

General Guidelines for Posting Jobs

  • Post only real positions. Do not post a job if you do not have a vacancy for that position.
  • Multiple job descriptions or job titles must be created as separate job postings.
  • Use only professional language in your postings and do not post jobs that contain inappropriate or offensive language or material.
  • Your postings should not contain hyperlinks, website addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or physical addresses.
  • Do not send unsolicited commercial emails, unsolicited faxes, or make unsolicited phone calls regarding promotions or advertising of products or services to a user of Bayt.com.
  • Any cost or fee that is a condition of employment must be clearly stated in the job description.

Free Posting Procedure

The following procedure applies to the approval process for free posting products only (JobsLite, Free Trial).

In addition to the General Guidelines for Posting Jobs, free postings go through an approval process before activating the posting on our website. We will disapprove your posting in the following cases:

  • Not entering your real company name. In particular, names using the word "confidential" or that are vague (for example "a leading operator") will be automatically disapproved.
  • Failure to answer our phone calls to verify your phone number.
  • Company verification documents are not accessible or insufficient.
  • Company has an existing Bayt.com Employer account and has already used the maximum allowed Basic Job Posts (2 per month and 6 per year maximum).

We also reserve the right to edit free postings to make them compliant with our guidelines. Such edits could include removing any contact details from the posting or changing an inadequate job title.
