Overview:
As an AI Engineer at Babil Games, you will be at the forefront of leveraging AI technologies to enhance player engagement and drive innovation in our games. You will collaborate closely with game developers, data engineers, and designers to implement AI-driven features and algorithms that elevate the gaming experience to new heights.
Responsibilities:
Research, design, and develop AI-driven features and algorithms to enhance player experiences in mobile games. Collaborate with game development teams to integrate AI technologies into game mechanics, character behaviors, and player interactions. Implement machine learning models for tasks such as player segmentation, personalized content recommendation, and dynamic difficulty adjustment. Optimize AI algorithms for performance and scalability to ensure smooth gameplay experiences across various devices and platforms. Work closely with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines for training and deploying AI models. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, and evaluate their potential applications in gaming. Conduct A/B testing and user feedback analysis to iterate and improve AI-driven features and game features based on player preferences and engagement metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements and prioritize development efforts based on business goals and user needs. Tackle complex challenges such as cheating detection and game balance optimization using AI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas).
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Extra points for knowledge in the following coding languages:
- LookML for Looker (optional)
- R for statistical analysis (optional).
