Job Description

What you’ll do:


  • Set the monthly sales targets for Sales team in alignment with the company’s sales targets.
  • Set a clear sales plan to ensure achieving the monthly sales targets.
  • Assure the implementation of the routing system based on proper geographical segmentation.
  • Follow-up and solve the daily issues through setting a daily visit plan for clients.
  • Improve the service provided to the covered outlets and continuously increasing their number.
  • Follow up on team’s daily invoices and their collected cheques in coordination with sales & finance depts.
  • Follow-up on returned cheques from clients and assure collection is running smoothly.
  • Attend the daily loading procedure to assure their alignment with the sales target trend.
  • Prepare and submit the daily, weekly, and monthly reports required by the sales dept.
  • Update sales team on competition activities in the market on regular basis.
  • Accompany team members on regular market visits to provide guidance on how to improve their performance.

What you’ll need:


  • 5 years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
  • Excellent customer care and focus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Good English & Computer skills
