We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Reservations Manager to join our team. As a Cluster Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing reservations for multiple properties within our cluster. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to maximize revenue through effective reservations management.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize reservations for multiple properties within the cluster. Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. Monitor booking trends, market demand, and competitor pricing. Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents and corporate clients. Train and mentor reservation colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service. Utilize reservation systems and tools to track and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business and promotions. Prepare and present regular reports on reservations and revenue performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Proven experience in reservations management within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of reservation software and revenue management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional customer service orientation. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
