We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. He/ she will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Participate in the recruitment process of new staff and prepare personnel files and all other related documents.
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media …etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications; filter candidates for open positions.
Schedule and organize interviews.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
Promote company’s reputation as the “best place to work in”.
Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
Maintain knowledge of the legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Collect, calculate, and enter payroll data.
Update payroll records by entering monthly changes.
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis.
Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems.
Oversee employee services as well as social facilities.
Implement and administer employees’ relations programs for fostering inter-employee relationships.
Enhance the communication between the management and the employees and ensure that all employees are informed of all info related to their job and rights.
Provide basic counseling to staff who have any HR related obstacles.
Any other duties which may be required by management.
Computer proficiency (MS Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point and outlook)
Knowledge of local labor law is preferred.
