Description Job Vacancy brief: We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing requirements, problem-solving, creating new systems and modules, and possessing excellent analytical skills. The candidate should be proficient in writing SRS (Software Requirements Specification), BRD (Business Requirements Document), and related business diagrams. Additionally, experience in SQL queries, data analysis, and creating mockups, and prototypes is highly desired. Job Vacancy Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business computer science, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in writing SRS, BRD, and business diagrams. • Experience with SQL queries and data analysis techniques. • Ability to create mockups and prototypes using relevant tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Vacancy main responsibilities: • Write comprehensive requirements documents including but not limited SRS and BRD. • Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. • Develop business diagrams such as flowcharts, use case diagrams and data flow diagrams. • compose SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. • Create mockups and prototypes to visualize system enhancements and new features. • Collaborate with development teams, QA, and others to ensure the implementation of proposed solutions successfully. • Provide support during the testing phase to validate requirements and ensure they are met.
