Key Responsibilities
Perform preliminary machine troubleshooting
Ensure safety measures for machine are all adhered to
Record production data
Complete quality audits and fill-out related paperwork
Communicate production and mechanical issues effectively to shift lead or supervisor
Additional Responsibilities
Make decisions within scope of responsibility
Adhere to production schedule and quality standards
Comply with all safety and health regulations
Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards
Effectively communicate and train others as needed

Reports to: Shift Supervisor

Work Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent level of education
0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Fluent in local language and be able to read, write, and speak English (if not local language) at basic level.
Basic math skills and good use of logic
Able to work and think independently
Prior experience working on a machine
Specific knowledge
Some experience in manufacturing is preferred

Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition, speed and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Learning agility – Learn new tasks/rotate to different cells as needed and able to pick up new task quickly
