Description

Job Brief

Responsible for preparing, implementing, and verifying the configuration and integration of Network Switching System (NSS) both packet switching (PS) and circuit switching elements (CS and IMS), analyzing network KPIs, and executing proactive and reactive network maintenance activities to ensure that voice and data services provided to customers are both continuous and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in preparing, verifying, and implementing NSS configurations Handle NSS operation and maintenance activities Participate in preparing and analyzing NSS KPIs Provide first-level and second-level technical support for roaming services Provide first-level and second-level support for core network related cases Participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation (on call for emergencies)

Requirements

Education:Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or any other related field
Level of Experience Limited Experience in Telecommunication Core Engineering

Certifications & Licensure:

Essential:

Huawei HLR, MSC, MGW, SGSN, USN, UGW, IMS, DEA maintenance and troubleshooting 2G, 3G, 4G, IMS, and VoLTE Certification Wi-Fi offloading Certification VoWifi Certification SS7 and Diameter Protocols Certification Linux Certification

Desirable:

Cloud Certification* Virtualization Certification
