Process Engineer

We are looking for a process engineer. A bachelor’s degree of Engineering preferably industrial, 2+ years in Manufacturing English language is a must.

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

You will be part of the Manufacturing team of “Philip Morris Jordan” and will report to technical services. As a process engineer you will contribute in ensuring that processes and machinery standards are sustainable and correctly documented

More specifically you will be responsible for but not limited:

- Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.

- Act as an expert and support the production and supporting teams for all queries related to the product quality/ process / systems used in production.

- Create and develop supporting documentation to simplify the transfer knowledge and facilitate production data management.

- Act as single point of contact for leading global/regional productivity initiatives.

- Conduct Loss Analysis of key productivity KPIs and develop action plan to eliminate the gap.

- Lead/participate in Productivity Office as an SME or Project leader to eliminate loss.

- Lead stock count activities for the factory with the support of relevant parties.



Whom we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably industrial.

• 2+ years’ experience in production.

• Fluent in oral and written English.

• Integrated working system knowledge.

• Communication Skills.

• Problem Solving Skills.

• Decision Making.

• MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
