Description
Job Brief:
Holds the responsibility of overseeing and managing the organizations quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Also, facilitate awareness among employees regarding the QMS by planning internal audits, engaging in discussions with process owners, and personally reviewing processes to ensure their integrity and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing action plans in line with the objectives and business requirements and periodic deliverables with a clear scope and timeframes
Conducting quality audits and reviews in direct coordination with key stakeholders ensuring compliance and alignment to both internal policies and procedures, delegation of authority, as well as the QMS (ISO 9001:2015) Standards, accordingly, identifying gaps, discrepancies and areas for improvement
Reporting audits and reviews observations and findings with clear categorization and classification of criticality alongside associated risks and liabilities (if any)
Communicating and/ or presenting audits and reviews observations and findings to concerned parties to help determine next steps feeding into the formulation of action plans entailing corrective and preventive actions to rectify continuously following up on its status to ensure it is finalize in due time
Conducting meetings / sessions with key stakeholder in the aim to collect data and requirements in the aim to create thorough and clear understanding feeding in the design, development or update of new as well as existing, policies, procedures and processes workflows
Extending support and sharing expertise concerned with process optimization upon request and/ or as part of the aforementioned set of tasks and activities
Handling the full scope of documentation including but not necessarily limited to drafting, proof reading, publication, internal circulation and archiving
Obtaining the required approvals for the issuance and publication of documents (e.g. policies, procedures)
Coordinating external quality audit, reporting findings to management and key stakeholders ensuring the setup of clear action plans to address and resolve, hence ensuing adherence and maintaining the certification(s)
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or industrial engineering or any related fields.
Level of Experience:
Intermediate Experience in auditing & document management.
