About the Job
As a RPA Developer at Aspire, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA bots that interact with various applications. This includes assisting clients and Program Managers in constructing Business Cases and identifying opportunities for further adoption of RPA solutions within the organization.
What you’ll do- Responsible for design,
development, testing and implementation of RPA bots that will interact with
multiple applications.
- Assist clients and Program Manager in the construction of
Business Cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further
adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization.
- Work with clients and Program Manager to ensure that all
project documents are maintained and knowledge is transferred to clients
throughout the engagement.
- Provide on-going operational support including upgrades,
defect fixes and any process change activities
- Share experience and knowledge to assist in the
development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry
best practices.
- Perform Proof of Concept (PoCs) and establish proof of
RPA technology.
- Defining systems strategy, developing system
requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom RPA solutions, and
supporting system implementation.
- Have in-depth knowledge of one or more of the leading RPA
tools.
- Knowledge of API integration into RPA will be an added
advantage
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science or equivalent industry experience
- At least 2 to 4 years professional experience in
programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, and
application development.
- Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g.
Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and
written) in English, with the ability to interact confidently, at all levels of
management.
- Highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with
a strong work ethic.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural
team / business environment.
- Preferably UI Path experience.
