About the Job


As a Senior BA / Solution Design at Aspire, you will be responsible for design of projects on core Payment Processing Platform and Peripheral systems surrounding the technology platform. Subject Matter Experts are required to analyze, evaluate, design & implement technology solutions for Banking Channels.


What you’ll do


  • Drive the articulation of client requirements from both business and functional perspectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer requirement solution design.
  • Contribute to the solution proposal through design inputs and associated costing.
  • Design end-to-end payment solutions encompassing EMV card personalization, scheme affiliations, credit/debit/prepaid card management, network requirements, switching, capacity planning, fraud monitoring, settlement, chargebacks, and certifications.
  • Support the handover of projects to PMO upon DOA approval.
  • Assist the NI Project Manager with scope inquiries or conflicts during project execution.
What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technology/IT role within an internationally recognized organization; preference for those with financial services industry and Middle East experience.
  • Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst specializing in Card and Merchant Management Platforms.
  • At least 3 years at a management level overseeing geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong expertise in services, functions, and technical solutions specific to the payment services industry, with a core skill set in payment processing or card management.
  • Proven experience in designing solutions for the payment industry and familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Proficient in creating documentation, presentations, and other materials.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end solution costing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant systems and solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding relationship management capabilities.
  • Clarity and precision in design approaches.
  • Superior presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at negotiation and facilitating key decisions.
  • Proficient in navigating a multi-cultural work environment with strong cultural awareness.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Base 24, WAY4, PRM, DCMS, PCMS, and ATM/POS is nice to have.
  • Payment experience.
