Syarah is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions for the automotive industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and proven experience leading high-performing teams.

Manage and lead a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of software solutions for the automotive industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs. Take ownership of software development and deployment Ensure the team adheres to established software development best practices and processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key software development task
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong technical skills in PHP, Yii/Laravel, APIs, MySQL/Postgres, design patterns, AWS, DB Design, Performance tuning, Experience in Java, Typescript, React or Vue.js or Angular Proven experience leading high-performing software engineering teams. Experience with agile software development methodologies. Excellent organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in E-commerce companies is a plus. Must have experience in : PHP / Yii / Laravel, Node.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud, AWS, and MongoDB/ MySQL .
