Whats on your plate?
Maintaining day-to-day records of rider supply KPIs with regular analysis and reporting of findings.
Continuously monitor city supply trends, reliability, fulfilment, completion, and retention etc.
Rider acquisition through different channels both online and offline
Closely monitor conversion rates in different acquisition channels and take actions to improve conversion rates
Identifying best acquisition channels with a clear analysis of conversion rates and cost per acquisition
Planning campaigns to fulfil the supply needs followed by an analysis for every campaign
Coordinate internally with marketing team to develop acquisition channels to continuously increase the acquisition efficiency
Plan supply requirements in advance and consider fleet trends
Manage and plan events and campaigns to fulfil our rider supply needs
Develop various, creative channels, pipelines and techniques to continuously grow rider supply.
Implement best practices for rider acquisition and marketing.
What did we order?
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business administration
+3 years of experience in performance marketing
Basic knowledge on Canva and Ads content creation
