About the jobAs a Program Manager at Aspire, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across the Marketplace ecosystem, including One Account / One Profile unification (Indeed + Glassdoor), CIAM and messaging integrations, and AI-driven capabilities. You will coordinate complex programs that span product, engineering, and UX teams, ensuring alignment with Marketplace OKRs and delivery of high-impact platform initiatives. This role also involves managing TPM and program management capacity through shared services and contractor resources to support execution across multiple workstreams.
What you’ll do- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-team Marketplace programs spanning product, engineering, and UX.
- Drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple initiatives.
- Manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery of roadmap commitments and OKRs.
- Oversee program management and TPM resources, including contractor capacity and shared service teams.
- Coordinate initiatives such as CIAM integrations, account unification (OAOP), messaging systems, and AI capabilities.
- Translate high-level business objectives into structured program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Define and maintain program artifacts such as project plans, RACI matrices, and status reporting.
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives and backlog items across Marketplace programs.
- Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and senior stakeholders (TDMs, Directors, and leadership).
- Ensure alignment between execution and Marketplace goals such as growth, efficiency, and operational stability.
- Communicate program status, progress, and risks clearly to all stakeholders.
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of system architecture and high-level technical flows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, logical mindset.
- Strong program and project management fundamentals (RACI, planning, governance, reporting).
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership teams.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to proactively define objectives, identify risks, and drive execution independently.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, and PPM/project management tools.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive deliverables end-to-end.
- Experience working on AI-related initiatives or AI-driven product integrations.
- Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar
