Job Role - Visualization Technology Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visualization Technology Specialist to create high-quality, state-of-the-art photorealistic 3D renderings and immersive storytelling content across architecture and engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate is highly proficient across the end-to-end CGI workflow from image planning and camera composition, modeling, lighting, texturing/material development, to final rendering and post-production. This role combines architectural visualization, VR engineering simulation, presentation design graphics, and emerging AI-assisted workflows, with support for UI/UX prototypes that communicate complex ideas in clear and engaging ways I think here we need to say that UI/UX is a plus, as this role is quite different than what a visualizer would typically do. The ideal candidate is both design-driven and technology-savvy I think we need someone that has a strong Artistic background, blended with technical skills and a persona that always keeps themselves up-to-date with latest technology, with the ability to master and integrate multiple software platforms to deliver cutting-edge visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full CGI production workflow, including modeling, lighting, texturing, shading, look development, scene management, compositing, and post-production.
• Deliver photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations for architectural, engineering, and digital projects such as interiors, exteriors, masterplans, and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage real-time rendering and immersive environments using AR/VR platforms (Unreal Engine, Twinmotion) to support design reviews and client engagement.
• Create branded client presentations that integrate renders, diagrams, and storytelling to strengthen proposals and design reviews.
• Support the design team in developing UI/UX layouts and prototypes for digital platforms including dashboards, interactive kiosks, and AR/VR applications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to visualize concepts effectively across all project stages.
• Maintain consistency by ensuring all visuals align with project branding, design narrative, and technical accuracy.

Research, experiment with, and apply AI-driven visualization tools (e.g., ComfyUI) to streamline workflows and improve production efficiency.
