Job Description
About the Job As a
WAY4 Tech Lead at Aspire, you will design WAY4 features /products/solutions and guide scrum team to follow proper design principles, perform Technical QA of developed configuration/code to ensure quality.
What you’ll do
Responsible for technical design of WAY4 solutions/ products.
Support business team with SME knowledge of Way4 solution.
Define and enforce design principles and coding standards.
Improve sprint backlog estimation and high-level design by supporting Bas.
Coordinate design and standardization with Tech Leads from other sprint teams.
Ensure release quality and compliance with coding standards for sprint deliverables.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Computer Information Systems
Previous work experience as WAY4 architect senior developer
Knowledge of card business, WAY4, SQL, Java, testing methodology
Knowledge/Experience with version control (Git, Pull Request)
Should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills.
Strong revolving product knowledge (due, shadow accounting, billing)
Advanced configuration experience in events, tariff and classifiers
Card Production
Scheme Clearing & Interchange, MasterCard IRD.
