Description



Understanding business needs, assessing the impact of change, capturing, analyzing, and documenting requirements, and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team, helping to ensure that solutions developed meet the business needs.
Skilled in data analysis, and process modeling, and have a deep comprehension of how technology can be used to solve business problems.
Contribute to the success of projects by ensuring that the delivered solution aligns with the business objectives and brings value to the organization.
2. General Tasks to be Performed by Business Analyst
(a) Requirement Analysis
(i) Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
(ii) Elicit, gather, and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and studying existing documents and systems.
(iii) Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business goals.
(iv) Conducting feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess potential project outcomes.
(v) Developing and implementing best practices for business analysis within the organization.
(vi) Capture and analyze data insights and reporting requirements.
(vii) Playing a key recommend enhancement of suggested business processes and systems.
(viii) Contributing to the development of organizational roadmaps and long-term strategies.
(ix) Serving as a subject matter expert in sales and support business domains or functional areas, especially related to B2B lead management business process.
(x) Driving continuous improvement in business analysis methodologies and tools.
(b) Documentation
(i) Creating and maintaining comprehensive project requirements documentation
(ii) Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, epics and user stories, and requirements traceability matrix.
(iii) Work with stakeholders to secure sign-off on business requirements and use-cases.
(iv) Contributing to the development of business cases and project plans.
(c) Process Improvement
(i) Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
(ii) Identify areas of inefficiency or opportunities for improvement in business processes.
(iii) Propose and implement process changes to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
(iv) Work with data scientists or data analysts to derive meaningful conclusions from data.
(v) Leading and overseeing business analysis efforts for complex projects and programs.
(d) Communication
(i) Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams including technology vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
(ii) Collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
(iii) Contributing to the development of business cases and project plans.
(iv) Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information and build consensus.
(v) Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align business analysis efforts with strategic goals.
(e) Testing and Validation
(i) Collaborate with QA (Quality Assurance) teams to develop acceptance criteria test plans and validate that the implemented solutions meet business requirements. stakeholders.
(ii) Providing support during the testing and implementation of solutions.
(f) Change Management
(i) Support the implementation of changes by assisting in training, communication, and documentation to ensure a smooth transition.
(g) Technology Evaluation
(i) Evaluate and recommend technologies that align with business goals and requirements.
(h) Risk Management
(i) Identifying and addressing project risks and issues.
(i) Stakeholder Management
(i) Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management

Requirements



Qualifications/Requirements
(a) Education and Certifications
(i) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
(ii) PMP certification will be added value.
(b) Preferred Skills
(i) Experience in designing and implementing scalable and resilient solutions.
(ii) Analytical Thinking
(iii) ERP implementation lifecycle using MS Dynamics 365
(iv) Familiar with SaaS, Azure, and Salesforce new information technology services
(c) Knowledge and Experience
(i) 7+ years of experience in Software with a minimum of 5+ years in Business Analysis.
(ii) Knowledge and experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration
(iii) Excellent Communication, Facilitation, and Elicitation skills
(iv) Excellent Documentation and specification skills
