Job Description

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting caf environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a caf concept, including scheduling shifts, menu engineering, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be locally available in Kuwait.
