    Job Description


    Key Accountabilities:
    - Plans, directs, coordinates and controls the total number of incoming calls from existing customers. - Attends to enquiries from new prospects and makes outgoing calls

    Skills, Knowledge and Experience required: Excellent customer care skills: polite, patient and focused. Bilingual: English/ Arabic. Capable to work in rotated shifts. Minimum High School certificate and/or certified training from  an authorized institute. Minimum one year experience.
