• Liaise with Supervising Engineer for scheduling and execution of the works.

• Experience in Gas Emission and Ambient Air quality monitoring.

• Knowledge of Air quality, Air pollution and Gas Emission

monitoring instruments/analyzers.

Reviews and suggests recommendations for Ambient Air quality data and Gas emission data.
Shall ensure that site works comply with Company safety standards.
Analyzes various survey statistics compiled by institutes and authorities.
Shall be responsible for inspection of all works specified in different appendices.
Be capable of group communication, and coordination with all concerned people, and assisting in preparing monitoring reports.
Liaise with the supervising engineer to ensure satisfactory handling of the works.
Evaluate and recommend control measures to prevent accidents.
Capable to implement the environmental guidelines and regulations for operation purposes.

Must be a graduate in Science or engineering from a recognized university or equivalent in the discipline / in accordance with HSE Guide Lines for the Contractors.
Shall have valid certification such as NEBOSH/IOSH/Certified Diploma in HSE,
Environmental Management
Shall have attended one or more HSE courses in any category of training in General
Industrial Safety, Construction Safety etc.
Shall be subject to interview/trade test by the Company’s HSE Dept. and Asset HSE Team.
Shall have at least 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Experience in gas leakage treatment works preferably.
Must know GIS preferably.
