Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a highly skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain the network infrastructure and provide comprehensive application support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, coupled with experience in application support and business analysis. Additionally, the ability to coordinate development projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary upgrades and patches to maintain stability and protect against cyber threats.
- Administer and support various business-critical applications, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes through technology.
- Coordinate development projects, working closely with developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure successful implementation and integration.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to network and application configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
