YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing legal guidance to company concerning the GULF region, with a special emphasis on KSA law. Advising the business units on products and services.
• Coordinating with external lawyers and legal advisors for collaboration to gather legal points of view from KSA and GCC countries (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain).
• Ensuring that our company's operations comply with legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including business contracts, licenses, supplier agreements, and other platform documentation.
• Following up new legislation changes that may be related to group company's best interest.
• Assessing and managing legal risks associated with our operations.
• Providing legal&practical insights on the regulatory authorities' approaches and similar ongoing operations in the region would be an asset.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience in e-commerce law in KSA and wider GCC region
• In-depth knowledge and experience with e-commerce law, contractual law, law of obligations, commercial law, advertising law, payment regulations, consumer law, IP law, data protection in KSA law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, team work
• Capable of multitasking, ability to manage stress and strict deadlines
• Excellent research and follow-up abilities
• Solid skills using MS office tools
