Job Summary/Purpose:
Sales and CRM Manager controls the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP Sales and CRM modules for the ASG Sales departments using consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise in order to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment and achieve expected business results.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the implementation and support of SAP Sales and CRM modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall technological performance.
2. Establish the design, configuration and test scenarios in various Sales processes.
3. Assess the current business processes and technological scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
4. Monitor the successful implementation of identified modules, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation and instruction on SAP products to clients.
5. Manage projects and SAP Business All-In-One implementations and ensure successful completion, including the technical user documentation, implementation and support.
6. Monitor database structure, Jobs and standardization of code (Procedure, Triggers, Functions and scripting) along with complete documentation.
7. Conduct complex or novel assignments due to the development of new or improved procedures.
8. Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports detailing project implementation processes.
9. Assess, investigate, analyze, and resolve escalated software problems and map the client business requirements, processes and objectives; Review and develop necessary product enhancements/ modifications to suit clients' requirements.
10. Monitor critical project situations and provide practical and cost efficient solutions in order to meet the project deadlines.
11. Maintain knowledge of the latest technologies and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree with 10 years of overall experience OR Diploma in Computer Science with 2 years of experience.(Minimum 4 years of relevant SAP related experience, and minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementation experience)
Certification and Licensure: SAP Certification in any module/PMP
