    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, good networking background (A+, N+, CCNA, MCSE ...)
    • Job related skills:
    o Planning, designing and implementation of key IT infrastructure
    o Monitoring of servers and communications equipment
    o Ensuring availability and capacity of the infrastructure
    o Management of centralized server
    o Management and installation of server related software
    o Capacity planning and management
    o Developing and documenting operational processes
    o Adherence to determined framework standards
    o Excellent time and priority management capabilities
    o Desire for continuous learning
    o Experience with enterprise class hardware
    o Excellent problem solving ability
    o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    o An understanding of IT security
    o Demonstrated experience in backup, restore and disaster recovery planning and implementation for all systems and computers
    o Preparing and maintaining systems required by the business
    o Prepares the company quotations regarding printers fax computers parts
    o Checks server performance and stability on regular basis
    o Hardware Maintenance
    o Monitors and produces regular reports for international calls and maintains the telephone system
    o Responsible for generating new finger prints for new comers and maintains the system
