Nursery English Teacher

We are currently seeking a Nursery English Teacher to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and a strong command of the English language. As a Nursery English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our students. You will work closely with a team of teachers and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons to nursery students.
• Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that promote language development.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each student to ensure their academic and emotional growth.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular assessments and observations.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with current educational practices.
• Adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
•  Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development.

Preferred Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Nursery English Teacher or a similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about working with young children and creating a positive learning environment.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach towards students.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students.
