- Coordinate between data group teams and other bank department teams and attend follow-up teams meetings
- Support business in serving them collecting their requests and sync with Portfolio Management Head for portfolio and delivery planning
- Coordinate & align the delivery plans with the necessary stakeholders (e.g., IT, Risk,...)
- Oversee the service delivery governance and process governance for the Data Group
- Monitoring the daily progress & complete fulfillment of the requests and create summary & detailed reports & updates
- Liaise with vendors during implementation (after contracting)
- Coordinate between business & data team for capturing the values for the services
- Administrative tasks related reports, invoices, contracts, tasks tracking system and meetings planning
