Core Responsibilities
· System Design: Develop structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max). [
· Structural Integrity: Analyze proposed designs to ensure structural stability, load-bearing safety, and compliance with local building codes.
· Client & Team Collaboration: Consult with architects, project managers, and clients to align structural designs with aesthetic goals, project budgets, and timelines.
· Compliance & Permitting: Ensure all blueprints and building systems adhere to governmental regulations and standard engineering norms.
