Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a competitive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and supports the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Performance-Based Rewards: Design and manage performance-based rewards programs, such as bonuses, incentives, and merit-based salary adjustments, to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
- Employee Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
- Job Evaluation and Salary Benchmarking: Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to establish fair and competitive salary structures across different job roles and levels.
- Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed about labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards to ensure the rewards programs remain compliant and up-to-date.
- Budgeting and Cost Analysis: Develop and manage the rewards budget, regularly analyzing costs and effectiveness to make data-driven decisions.

Skills

- Human Resources Expertise: Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, performance management, and other HR-related functions.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions related to rewards program design and budgeting.
- Communication and Influencing: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and execute long-term rewards strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive initiatives forward.
