Job Description and main responsibilities:

1. Execute plans to segment market, position products range, drive profitable business and fuel sales funnel with potential opportunities in related markets/countries.
2. Understand and implement company/IVDs vision, mission, objectives, and express clear directions.
3. Understand, execute the IVDs business plans, communicate and align with country and regional managers while providing analysis via reporting and forecasting to BDM.
4. Identify, establish, maintain, and grow high level of customer intimacy and networking with customers, KOL and KVL related to market/product.
5. Deliver exceptional client experiences through hands-on leadership & build loyal long-term customer relationships through an effective KAM.
6. Gathering, consolidating and reporting related markets information, drivers, trends and data.
7. Establishing, maintaining and monitoring customers data base including potential and prospectus business.
8. Share and positively participate in cross geography/country regional projects as decided by the IVDs BDM.
9. Ensure cross functional cooperation/alignment to enhance customer satisfaction and on time service delivery.
10. Manage day to day company/IVDs/Country activities, face challenges, inspire colleagues to excel.
11. Strictly follow compliance and business conduct & adherence to corporate SOP’s, & local regulations while enabling transparent, consistent and performance driven culture
