Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Ecom Payments in Kuwait City. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including customer communication, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales training, and managing sales. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in helping merchants adopt digital payment solutions and achieve their business goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Arabic and English languages
Strong customer service abilities
Demonstrated sales experience
Experience in providing training sessions
Proficient in sales management
Good organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of digital payment solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is beneficial
Experience in Payment industry is a PLUS
Minimum of two years experience
