Sales Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor with experience in food distribution or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the food distribution or FMCG industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service
4. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, and develop strategies to capitalize on them
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to stay ahead of the competition
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure effective sales operations
7. Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and product knowledge

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience as a Sales Supervisor in the food distribution or FMCG industry
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
3. Strong leadership and management skills
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
