Job Description
A multinational company in Kuwait is hiring a Store In Charge, with 5-7 years of experince in managing srtores and refrigerators' maintenance, inventory and repairs. Must be a Kuwait residen, and you will be responsible for:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the store, including receiving, storing, and managing inventory.
- Create and implement efficient strategies for inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Oversee the maintenance of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service and maximize sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain store security.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, manage deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
