Salary:1800 KWD and up per month TAX FREE dependent upon experience

We have an outstanding and exciting opportunity to join a well-established school as Whole School Principal (K - 12), in a school which caters for more than 2000 students in a cosmopolitan area of Kuwait. It's growth and stability is due to its successful working practices which have been implemented through strong leadership and a proactive team.

The school offers a broad education, based upon the British National Curriculum, with high academic standards. A well-established school caters for more than 2000 students, predominantly local Kuwaiti or from the gulf region. Facilities are offered from Early Years to A Level and the campus is supported with an indoor swimming pool, large sports hall, Music and ICT rooms as well as a comprehensive science department.

The qualities we require are:

• Teaching qualification PLUS Masters degree in relevant subject - ideally education and leadership
• Previous international leadership experience is highly desired leading a large K - 12 school.
• Candidates must demonstrate excellent Communication and leadership skills,
• An inspirational leader who can bring out the best in their team
• An in depth knowledge of the UK national curriculum
• Able to oversee implementation of new and established school initiatives and able to communicate with all stake holders to ensure continuing development of this school.
• Flexible and adaptable and culturally aware.
• Previous international leadership experience is preferred.
• You should be strong, adaptive and highly professional.
