Responsibilities

Develop bold, breakthrough non-traditional campaigns and oversee them through from concepts to completion, working closely with creative teams underneath you. Lead creative teams across multiple projects and on-going timelines, you will personally ensure final deliverables meet our standards and client expectations. Create fearless campaign ideas and building presentations that are thought provoking and show how the ideas work across different channels, while aligning with the brief, timeline and budget You’re responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element withina creative assignment. Push and challenge creative briefs while understanding project requirements to create award-winning work. Review and approve campaign work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to creative teams · Collaborate and partner closely with producers/project managers, creatives, from ideation through to final master delivery Be immersed in our company values and passions, instilling the integrity of the brand in the look, feel, and the execution of creative concept · Own and lead brand standards, collaborating with the Head of Brand and Creative and Brand Managers to continually evolve brand identity and aesthetics

Requirements

A fearless thinker who is on the pulse of culture 5+ years of full-time experience working in creative agency environments, or in-house on a Brand team Proven track record of leading campaigns across multiple mediums including video, experiential, and digital applications Strong and sophisticated design skills across a variety of programs Motion Graphic Skills (a plus) A good portfolio with 2-3 examples of great work Recent wins at regional or global award shows (a plus) Punishingly high standards for executions and attention to tone and detail Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, persuasive negotiator, positive and innovative thinker. Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) Arabic language proficiency (a plus)
