Our Regional Credit Team


Ingram Micro’s Credit team is responsible for handling the Collection and Credit management in the AR department. Credit team is an integral part of our business - our front liners and superheroes, the backbone to our business. You will indeed enjoy the team spirit and oneness among this brilliant team.


We are looking for an influential and leading Credit Administrator who is result-driven, self-organized and motivated person. We want someone who can plan his own work, work on his initiative and meet deadlines.


What will you do?


  • You will handle daily reviews of Bank Statements to identify received payments and Receive payments details that will be shared with the Credit Controller.


  • You will post payments received in Bank Statement to respective customer and ensure all payments received are posted correctly, accurately and completely on daily basis.


  • You will obtain Allocation details from Customers or Credit Controller and allocate respective invoices on the ERP against the received payment.


  • You will share Invoices and Statement of Account with the customers and obtain confirmation from the customer.


  • You will monitor all deals executed on PDC terms and ensure all PDCs are collected from the customers.


  • You will record PDC in ERP module and generate daily reports to reconcile with list of PDCs to be collected.


  • You will prepare daily report of PDC Submission to bank and monitor bank statements to review if cheques are cleared.


  • You will reverse PDC from ERP Module as per the clearance in the bank statement.


  • You will review KYC documents and information of new customers and ensure documents are valid, accurate and complete to onboard customers as per company Policy.


  • You will assist treasury team with AD HOC Reporting requirements.


  • You will identify any gaps or errors in Customer Statement of Account and performance SOA reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of Customer Outstanding Balances.


  • You will be responsible for maintaining Customer Information up to date on Customer Master.


Here is what it takes to be one of the team:


  • You are a Finance/Business Graduate – Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution


  • You have 2 -3 years of experience in similar position (Accounting/Operations) preferably in IT industry or FMCG.


  • You have thorough knowledge of Finance & Credit Function


  • You have strong MS office skills with special focus on advanced excel skills


  • You have work experience in ERP accounting system.


  • You have basic Accounting principles


  • You are fluent in spoken and written English


  • You have a planning and organizing; commercial mind set, good analytical skills and decision-making abilities, customer oriented and good negotiation skills
